Woman arrested after throwing bottle at Euro Cafe

A 26 year old woman is due to appear in court accused of smashing the window of a café after a dispute over the payment of a bill

Monika Choinska, aged 26, of Brandford Waye, Hayes Faces charges of criminal damage and making off without payment at Ealing Magistrates Court on 27th August

Police were called to the Euro Café in Ealing, W5 on Sunday 17th August at around 10.20pm to reports of criminal damage and a couple making off without payment for food amounting to £8.30p. Staff explained that they challenged a male in his 30's and a female in her 20's who attempted to leave the cafe without payment, which the couple denied. The female has then thrown a bottle at the window of the cafe causing it to break. [Cost approx £600]

The couple have then fled the scene and were witnessed hiding behind a wall in Windsor Road.

Officers arrived on scene a short time later and arrested a man and a woman outside Ealing Broadway Train Station on suspicion of criminal damage and making off without payment. A 35 year old male from Harrow received an Adult Caution for making off without payment.
