OPEN Ealing Fundraising Comedy Night

Friday 15th June

OPEN Ealing, a new arts centre and creative arts platform in West Ealing, is putting on its second fundraising comedy night. As part of our fundraising for our new premises in West Ealing, OPEN’s second comedy night features three stand-up comics:
John-Luke Roberts (pictured below)

John-Luke has written for BBC Radio 7’s Spats sketch show and is returning to this year’s Edinburgh Fringe with a brand new solo show.

‘A certain touch of theatricality…fantastically ornate…dripping with absurd puns and utterly unexpected left turns’. The Guardian
Nathaniel Metcalfe
Nathaniel has been doing stand-up since 2007 and is the only resident act at Josie Long’s Lost Treasures of the Black Heart Club comedy club in Camden.

‘Brilliant and unusual and very funny’ Josie Long
Phil O’Shea
Phil has been performing comedy in Scotland for two years and now moved to London. His surreal and good-natured comedy is ideal for anyone looking for something a bit different. (Phil is also a volunteer at OPEN Ealing and has organised this event)

‘With his charming, chaotic persona and engaging visual aids, he was one of the most enjoyable acts of the night’. Edinburgh Evening News
Tickets £5. Students £3. Tel: 020 8579 5558
