Lucineh Danielian
July 9, 2026
An Ealing-based author Lucineh Danielian, of Armenian origin and French and British nationality, is continuing to make waves in contemporary fiction with her thought-provoking Lost Souls series — a body of work that examines culture, identity and the hidden struggles shaping modern life.
A long-time educator and Head of Department with over fifteen years’ experience in teaching, her stories tackle subjects often left unspoken — from mental health and depression to Alzheimer’s disease and honour-based violence — weaving them into emotionally charged narratives.
“My aim as an author is not only to raise awareness about these hidden yet crucial subjects,” Danielian explains, “but also to help others find their voice and open the platform to important discussions. I am confident that my readers will be able to relate in some way to the book and characters.”
Her debut, Lost Souls, published in March 2024 by Olympia Publishers, introduced readers to a series of interlinked stories exploring guilt, grief and the search for identity. The follow-up, Lost Souls: Finding Solace, continues that journey, delving into the psychological and cultural forces that shape human connection. Through six distinct female perspectives, Lucineh examines the impact of neglect, family secrets, honour traditions and personal loss — themes that resonate across generations and cultures.
Born and raised in London, Danielian draws on her Armenian heritage and multicultural background to craft stories that are both intimate and universal. Her work reflects a passion for literature, languages and cultural understanding, and her commitment to mental-health awareness runs through every page.
The second book is due for release this summer.
