One resident said: "A man was stabbed in the neck about 1am this morning. A domestic I think. I live in Shalimar Gardens and I heard him shouting in the middle of the road this morning. There was loads of police and ambulances and there was a helicopter flying really low. The man was apparently in a bad state"
Police have conducted house-to-house enquiries.
