Video of superstar's Christmas celebration

For those who couldn't be there among the crowds, Westfield has released a video of superstar Rihanna appearing in the shopping centre's Atrium on November 4 to switch on this year's Christmas lights.

The glamorous Grammy award winning singer thanked people for coming, and wished everyone a Merry Christmas before counting down to the big switch on, with the help of a group of local children.

She also slipped in a plug for her new album Loud, telling cheering fans to make sure it was on their Christmas list.

Before leaving, she said: " I can't wait to come back and see you guys again. I love it here."
