CHILDREN’S THEATRE

Description: Clay, dance and music are combined to show you the evolutionary paths of three imaginary beings that begin their lives as multiple, identical Blobs bobbing around in a deep dark sea. 

Oshima and the Big Sea by Angel Heart Theatre

Goldilocks and how many bears…? by Krazy Kat Theatre

Description: Whilst doing battle with her laundry, Goldilocks decides to set off for an adventure in the woods.  Little does she realise that by the end of the day she will have met so many bears… But how many bears are there, and where are they all going?

Description: A very popular musical workshop with plenty of fun and games, this is a brilliant way to bond and introduce music to your children. Pandemonium’s mixture of sing-a-long fun is a great opportunity for big and small people alike to make new friends.

Drama Zone Led by Kenn Michaels

Date: Every Saturday, 19 Sept – 28 Nov (excl. 31 Oct)
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm (5 - 8 years) / 1:15pm - 3:15pm (9 - 14 years)
Tickets: £80 / £55 concessions per term or £9 / £6 concessions per session, limited spaces book now
Description: Kenn Michaels returns to Watermans, with his unique blend of drama skills, allowing young people and children to develop their self-confidence and expressive abilities within a highly imaginative environment. Emphasis is placed on unlocking and promoting each participant’s creativity, using improvisation, mime, storytelling, theatre games, voice and physical theatre
exercises.

Moves and Grooves Led by Natasha McKenzie

Date: Every Wednesday, 9 Sept – 9 Dec (excl. 28 Oct)
Time: 5pm -6pm (8 - 12 years)
Tickets: £3
Description: Watermans’ resident community dance, Natasha McKenzie runs this new fun dance workshop, where participants will learn the basics of street dance through the use of routines enabling them to create their own funky style and the opportunity to perform on stage.

Every Saturday morning Watermans screens great family films for all to enjoy. 2 adults go Free with every one paying child.

Parents and Babies Screenings
Every Wednesday morning 11.00 am
Tickets: *£5.90 (*includes optional £1 charitable donation)
Screenings of regular films, aimed exclusively for parents with babies, up to one-year-old. The screenings are our regular programme at a convenient time, and with other parents, in a relaxed atmosphere.
