Hanwell Friends of Sabastiya (HAFSA) is a twinning organisation with the village of Sabastiya, near Nablus in Palestine. Members of HAFSA regularly visit Sabistiya, developing personal friendships and mutual understanding.

HAFSA has organised four evenings in November to celebrate Palestinian life and culture and to share news of Sabastiya. These events are open to all.

The evenings are to help fundraise for projects in Sabastiya such as supporting the two schools, grey water development initiatives, special needs young people and their families, tree planting. Funding will also go to Amos Trust projects highlighted in the Palfest and the support for nurse and midwife training spearheaded by Friends of Nablus and Surrounding Areas (FONSA)
