William Morris was a nineteenth century arts and crafts pioneer.
The William Morris Society, based at Kelmscott House, is open to the public on Thursdays and Saturdays from 2-5pm, or by prior arrangment, and features original arts, textiles and a printing press.

William Morris Society Annual General Meeting
Followed by the Penelope Fitzgerald Lecture on the Work of the William Morris Craft Fellowship by Tom Flemons. Tom is a stone mason and conservator. He is also the chair of the William Morris Craft Fellowship Trust, which is a craft guild and charity set up by former William Morris Craft Fellows to raise money and support for continuing WMC Fellowships. He is also a member of the SPAB educational charity.
