Local artists invited to show what they can do

PM Gallery holding 4th Ealing Open exhibition

Ealing Council's PM Gallery is once again giving the borough's artists an opportunity to showcase their work.

The gallery is currently calling for submissions for its 4th Ealing Open exhibition which will be held later this year.

PM Gallery is West London 's largest contemporary gallery space and is celebrating its 10th anniversary. The open exhibition will be held as part of the programme of events marking this occasion.

All artists aged over 18 living or working in the borough can submit work, which the gallery promises to show.

The work must have been produced within the past year and can be in any media, for example, painting, photography, sculpture, pottery or textiles. Should an artist wish to make a site-specific installation or use film or video, they can contact the gallery and speak to Arts Programme Manager, Carol Swords about the feasibility of their idea.

Entry forms are now available. There is a £5 fee to submit work. Completed entry forms, together with fee and the artwork should be delivered to the gallery between 16-18 March (all details on the entry form).

The exhibition will open with a private view for the artists and their family and friends on the evening of Thursday 30 March and the exhibition will run until Sunday 7 May.

Interested artists should call the gallery on 020 8567 1227 for an entry form or email pmgallery&house@ealing.gov.uk.
