Power Cut at Ealing Council


Phone lines have been out and website down

Residents with queries found problems getting through to the Council today following a power cut earlier this morning (14th March).

A statement on the front page of Ealing Council's website read: "The council's Perceval House offices suffered a power cut early this morning.

"Phones and computers in the building are not working and the full council website is unavailable. Customer telephone calls are being diverted to the out of hours service. Engineers are working to fix the problems."

A short time ago the site was updated:

Our main website is temporarily unavailable.

All services are operating normally.

Online payments and requests can still be made using the links to the left.

For enquiries relating to council services not listed here please telephone the switchboard on (020) 8825 5000 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

For out-of-hours emergencies only (evenings and weekends) telephone the switchboard on (020) 8825 5000 or 0845 121 2208.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

The cause of the power cut is unknown.
