Have Your Say on Policing in Ealing

Become part of a Safer Neighbourhood Board

Do you want to have an impact on how the borough is policed?

Ealing Safer Neighbourhood Board is a new body being set up to provide independent scrutiny and to help set local policing priorities.

Ealing Council is inviting local people to apply for various (voluntary) board member and supporting roles before the deadline on Wednesday 23 April.

Once appointed, each board member will be a representative of a local community group and will be expected to attend quarterly meetings, gather community feedback and monitor crime performance and community confidence as part of their role.

The council say 'this is an opportunity for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrable ability to deliver results, and understanding of the policing and community safety agenda, to influence positive change in community safety.'

All board member and supporting roles are voluntary and unpaid but reasonable expenses may be considered.
