Married father found guilty of touching fellow commuter's buttocks

A married father from Northfields has been found guilty of 'grabbing' another man's bottom on the Tube.

A tube passenger who grabbed a fellow commuter's buttocks was told he would not go to jail. Richard Brett, 35, patted the victim's bottom after he mistakenly believed the man was 'coming onto him'.

Jurors were told he pushed himself up against the research assistant and shoved his groin in the man's back. The victim told the court of his horror when the assault occurred in a packed tube carriage.
