Twenty two year old man shot in the leg
Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was shot in Hanwell.
They were called at just after midnight in the early hours of Monday 30th July to reports of shots fired in Lower Boston Road, W7.
On arrival to the scene outside the Royal Victoria pub a 22 year old white male was discovered suffering a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to a west London hospital where his condition is described as comfortable.
Reportedly a second man was also seriously injured in a brawl that had occurred outside the pub at the same time.
The Trafalgar Central Shootings Team is investigating the incident. This is a specialist unit that investigate non black-on-black shootings. They have arrested a man in his twenties who was found in the vicinity and who is now being held in a West London police station.
