Cheers! It's Nearly Time For The Ealing Beer Festival

200 real ales will be yours for the tasting

The 22nd Ealing Beer Festival was launched last night (20 June) in the Grapevine Bar of the Questors Theatre just opposite the festival's venue in Walpole Park.

Members of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) came from all over London.

The event will once again be hosted in three large marquees between the 6th and 9th July.

For the first time over 200 real ales will be available. Following a sellout last year, 60% more cider has been ordered, plus a wider selection of draught and bottled foreign beers.

Soft drinks will be provided by Fentimans whose products include Seville Orange Jigger, Organic Cool Ginger Beer and Smooth Lemonade.

Three caterers will be on site offering the usual range of food from sausage and mash to curry.

Live music will be provided in one of the marquees on the Thursday and Friday night.

The admission price has remained the same at £3 with concessions being charged £2. There is free entry for the armed forces and the emergency services.
