Tube Closures this Weekend

Central Line shut between Acton Town and Uxbridge

There will be no service between Acton Town and Uxbridge this weekend Saturday December 16th and Sunday December 17th due to track replacement and the White City development.

Replacement bus services will operate in both directions as below. Journeys may increase by 40 minutes.

Further closures are planned on the tube throughout 2006 and early 2007 and dates will be confirmed nearer the time. These are the dates currently expected to see disruption:

18th - 21st December 2006 - Richmond branch of the District line closed from Turnham Green at 23.30 each evening

6th - 7th January 2007 - District line closed between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

13th - 14th January 2007- Central line closed between Marble Arch and West Ruislip/Ealing Broadway

20th - 21st January 2007 - District line closed between Embankment and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

27th - 28th January 2007 - District line closed between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

10th - 11th January 2007- Central line closed between Marble Arch and West Ruislip/Ealing Broadway

18th February 2007 - District line closed between Turnham Green and Richmond

24th - 25th February 2007 - District line closed between Turnham Green and Acton Town

3rd - 4th March 2007 - District line closed between Embankment and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

10th - 11th March 2007 - District line closed between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

12th - 15th March 2007- Richmond branch of the District line closed from Turnham Green at 23.30 each evening

24th - 25th March 2007 - District line closed between West Kensington and Acton Town/Richmond

31st March - 1st April 2007 - District line closed between West Kensington and Acton Town/Richmond. Piccadilly line closed between Acton Town and Uxbridge

8th - 9th April 2007 - Central line closed between Marble Arch and North Acton

14th - 15th April 2007 - District line closed between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

21st - 22nd April 2007 - District line closed between Turnham Green and Acton Town

28th - 29th April 2007 - District line closed between West Kensington and Acton Town/Richmond

5th - 7th May 2007 - Central line closed between Marble Arch and North Acton

12th - 13th May 2007 - District line closed between Earl's Court and Whitechapel. No service on the Circle line

19th - 20th May 2007 - District line closed between West Kensington and Acton Town/Richmond
