Details of service changes on tubes and trains

If you are planning to travel this weekend, 13 – 14 April, most of the network will be open with services running as normal but please check if any of the following works will affect you.

Farringdon station is closed this weekend to allow for further work to enlarge and rebuild the station.

There is no servicethis weekend between Acton Town and Uxbridge. Replacement buses operate between Acton Town and Rayners Lane, for Metropolitan line connections. Trains also call at Turnham Green.

Service E: Acton Town - Ealing Common - North Ealing - Hanger Lane - Alperton - Sudbury Town - Sudbury Hill - South Harrow - Rayners Lane

There is no service this weekend between Turnham Green and Ealing Broadway to allow for renewal of points at Ealing Broadway and to improve 300 metres of drainage at Acton Town. Piccadilly line trains call additionally at Turnham Green.

On Sunday before 3pm, there is no service between Shepherd’s Bush and Willesden Junction to allow for Network Rail maintenance and survey work.

Engineering work between Barnes and Feltham (via Richmond) until 12:15 on Sunday 14 April 2013

The following changes will apply:
No trains will run between Barnes and Feltham (via Richmond)
Buses will run between Barnes and Teddington and also between Barnes and Hounslow
Windsor & Eton Riverside services will call additionally at Queenstown Road, Wandsworth Town, Barnes and Hounslow
Reading services will call additionally at Barnes and Hounslow
London Waterloo to Kingston (via Twickenham) service will start from Shepperton
London Waterloo to Strawberry Hill (via Wimbledon) service will terminate Shepperton
London Waterloo to Woking (via Hounslow) services are retimed to start later at 56 minutes past the hour
Journey times may be extended by up 40 minutes

Engineering work between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow on Sunday 21 April 2013

The following changes will apply:
Trains between London Waterloo and Woking via Hounslow will call additionally at Richmond and Twickenham
Buses will replace trains between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.

Saturday 20 April

No service between Hammersmith and Moorgate.

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 April

No service between Acton Town and Uxbridge. Replacement buses operate between Acton Town and Rayners Lane, for connections with replacement buses to Uxbridge.

Service A: Harrow-on-the-Hill - West Harrow - North Harrow - Rayners Lane - Eastcote - Ruislip Manor - Ruislip - West Ruislip - Ickenham - Hillingdon - Uxbridge

Service E: Acton Town - Ealing Common - North Ealing - Hanger Lane - Alperton - Sudbury Town - Sudbury Hill - South Harrow - Rayners Lane

Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 April

No service between Earl's Court, Edgware Road and Kensington (Olympia).
