Summer Blues At Walpole Park

Festival season in Ealing continues

It began over 30 years ago and is still going from strength to strength, Ealing Blues Festival will be taking over Walpole Park once again this weekend as part of Ealing Summer.

Rockgrass' pioneers Hayseed Dixie, leading Rolling Stones tribute act The Counterfeit Stones, and rocking roots band Kitty, Daisy & Lewis are just some of the many acts that will be giving their all on Saturday and Sunday.

Founded in 1987, Ealing Blues Festival has developed in partnership with Ealing Council & The Event Umbrella to become one of the biggest blues festivals in the UK.

It continues the borough’s rich musical fabric that began at the Ealing Club in 1962 where the likes of The Who, The Rolling Stones, and CREAM members Ginger Baker and Eric Clapton cut their teeth.

Ealing Blues Festival's contribution to the scene has recently been recognised by the UK Blues Federation, who have nominated the event for Blues Based Festival of the Year.

Taking place 12pm-11pm 21st - 22nd July 2018 Walpole Park, London
