Ealing's Scrutiny committee wants to hear from the community

On 29 September 2011, Ealing Council’s Scrutiny Review Panel 1 will be reviewing Prostitution and the Illegal Sex Trade in the Borough - to consider this problem with a particular focus on the ‘on-street’ trade and the work underway to tackle it.

The Panel is keen to hear the views of the local community on this issue.

2 October 2011, Ealing Council's Scrutiny Review Panel 2 will be reviewing Crossovers, Trees and Management of Street Scene - to consider whether the Council’s current policy and practices regarding crossovers are impacted adversely by the Council’s tree strategy and approach to locating lamp posts and other street furniture, and whether there is scope for improving or harmonising policies and practices in this area.

The Panel is keen to hear the views of the local community on these issues.
