Ealing Borough sends children on Reading Mission

Activities to help you save money on sun cream

This summer, Ealing’s libraries are offering all children aged 12 and under the Reading Mission challenge. Children will need to read six different books, with an exciting range of secret agent activities to do – these involve code cracking, puzzle solving, and spreading the word about the best summer holiday reading, using special ‘top secret’ message cards!

They’ll get a boredom-busting Reading Mission pack, just like a special agent attaché case, explaining how the mission works. And there will be ‘Mission Accomplished’ medals and certificates to be won too.

The ‘undercover’ fun will run at libraries from 17 July to 26 August, so come along and sign up to be a fully-fledged Reading Agent – licensed to read!
