Cadets Launch Operation Jingle

Charity fundraising for London children

Volunteer Police Cadets from Ealing have been raising money for Help a London Child as part of "Operation Jingle".

Over their first weekend Ealing's cadets helped pack bags in shops in Ealing Broadway Centre and collected over £400 for disadvantaged children.

James Rawlinson from Ealing Police said:

"Operation Jingle really shows how our cadets can work as a team and make a real contribution to making the lives of some Londoners better. They all worked really hard and the money collected will be going to this very good cause.

''This is an excellent way for us to show London's youth in a positive light and I know the cadets are looking forward to the next fundraising event they have planned".
