CraftWorks offers contemporary crafts, materials and workshops
Marcelle Todd announces the Grand Opening of her new shop, CraftWorks,
at 108 Northfields Avenue, Ealing on Saturday December 17th, between 11am
and 6pm.
CraftWorks is a unique shop that intends to develop and support the local
craft community among both adults and children. The shop retails contemporary
craft items made by locally based experts. And alongside these items is
a wide range of craft materials including handmade papers, felts, yarns,
ribbons, wools and craft kits.
What makes Craftworks even more different is the specially equipped craft
workshop where adults and children can learn to work in different disciplines.
Sessions are both walk-in and bookable. Materials, help and instruction
are all included in the £7/hour, or £12/2hr classes.
There are one-day, tutored workshops planned for Sundays covering over
20 crafts - for example papier mâché, mask making, puppet
making, knitting, marbling, and indigo dying.
CraftWorks can also be booked for craft-based childrens parties.
