Bud, If E cigs don't work for you, the NHS can prescribe Champix pills by Pfizer (approved by the US and UK regulatory health bodies). Within one week, I went from 20 a day to 3 a day without even thinking about it (it is an inhibitor) and stopped the other three within a few weeks. Champix can have other effects such as strange dreams which is a bit of a laugh the next morning. You have to ask specifically for Champix, because generally the NHS prescribes patches as they are cheaper. Once you stop, the nicotine goes out of the body within days then it just the habit of lighting a cig which you have to deal with it by having a glass of water whenever you get the urge. Only lasts for a few seconds.
