I guess from an environmental point of view, the correct answer is "none" - all that plastic and energy going into shipping water from somewhere else for you to spend money on when you could get safe, clean water free from your own (or restuarant) tap.If you do drink it (which I do occasionally) then it is only for taste, for which the answer will vary per person (hence there are so many around). Personally I drink San Pellegrino with meals instead of wine (when I'm not having wine, that is :-) ) as it has the right sort of dry, minerally, slightly astringent taste to act as a make-do bubbly. But that's just me.As long as you don't in any way kid yourself that any of these are 'good for you' with essential minerals or whatnot - that's just marketing, and they're all just water with miniscule differences in pH and other elements.
