Hi there,We have recently moved to West Ealing from Hackney and are looking for a good NHS dentist. Apologies if this has been covered before, am just getting to grips with the forum :-)ThanksMegan

Hi Susan, gosh, thanks for this - I had no idea. Perhaps I will call the surgery just to ascertain a date so that I can start looking to register with a new dentist!

Elisabeth, my husband goes to Julie Chang and I gather she is retiring.Wisdom at Acton Town station are good and easily accessible by E3 bus.

Hanwell Dental Practice offer everything on the NHS except for hygienist appointments.

But are these worthy dental practices fully NHS and not partially and selectively NHS? My dental practice is mainly private, but they do treat children, pregnant Mums and certain Benefits claimers and certain others as NHS patients. Its a bit confusing imo.

Welcome to Ealing MeganNo hesitation in recommending Hanwell Dental Practice 020 8567 0707 on Uxbridge Road in Hanwell. Attentive and always available they have restored the poor work done by another Ealing dentist and now my whole family go there.They are on a number of bus routes and have parking outside.

Hi Megan,Welcome to Ealing! This may be out of your way, but my dentist for the past several years has been Dr Julie Chang, 1 Boileau Parade, W5 3AQ (Tel. 020 8997 2356). My sister goes to The Haven Green Dental Clinic, W5. Both are very good. Best of luck in your search.
