Times story on more TNT problems
An extract from today's issue of the Times...Residents have blamed TNT Post for missed hospital appointments and lost bills since it began deliveries in April 2012. Piles of letters have been found dumped in bushes in Manchester and by a reservoir in Brent, west London.TNT operates in London, Manchester and Liverpool, but hopes to cover at least 40 per cent of UK households within three years. It is not subject to the same strict regulations as Royal Mail, which has to deliver 93 per cent of first class letters on the next working day. Instead staff are paid according to how quickly they work.
