Horrific car crash on Drayton Bridge Road

Outside Drayton Manor School this afternoon around 3pm, a police chase led to the car they were chasing flipping over (and, by that, I mean the car ending up on its roof). Thankfully, school holidays...God knows what could of have happend had it been school chucking out time.At the time of writing, the road is still closed.

I went down that road at about 19:00 on the day.The road was open and not a sign of anything of that sort at all was left by then - no overturned car, recovery truck, those blue and white ribbons that the Police use to cordon off stuff.Nothing.There certainly was a huge amount of screaming blue light activity in the whole area around and just before that time.Indeed, part of the reason why I found myself on that road was because I was taking a detour around the very nasty looking "person under a bus" scenario that had just occurred (at about 18:30) near the fire station on the Uxbridge Road.

Strange that this hasn't been picked up by any of the news services Ben.I agree, thank God it was the school holidays.
