We've used John Lewis for years and they've never let us down - surprisingly they're about the same price as others and customer service is consistantly sound and reliable.

BenI've been using I&H Stores on the Uxbridge Road (almost opposite Dean Gardens) near Seba's for ages. They will make virtually any style and at reasonable prices but I am not sure about fitting services.
