Petanque in Boston Manor Park

Less than a year since my last posting on the subject I am delighted to say that the Friends of Boston Manor successfully found the £7k (thanks to users of the café) to build the petanque terrain in Boston Manor Park which is now ready to use.We have the balls, or you can bring your own but need you to come down and make it happen!  The pavilion will be open during the Easter holidays (except Good Friday and the Monday)from 10 to 4.

Fabulous. I've played pétanque in France. Great friendly yet competitive game. Might pop along with friends one Sunday afternoon !

The space is free to use - what the Friends try to do is create a friendly community which does not have to cost money.  We may ask for a returnable deposit on our balls and the same applies for the outdoor table tennis table.  Come along and give it a try.

What's the fee for a boules session at Boston Manor Park please and does one have to be a member or similar?

Admittedly I had to Google it; but all the best for this venture. Dress Code beret I assume.
