Rare bats found at Ealing B'way station.

I believe a rare kind of bat has been found at Ealing B'way station. From initial accounts, this means that some kind of preservation order will re-route the proposed rail line around Haven Green. Strange this. Is someone 'pulling my leg'?

My screen is rather small and when I first read the heading I read it as "Rabid bats found in Ealing B'way station":). Not impossible in itself and immeasurably more worrying. Rare bats are much preferred.

Speaking of bats, the other warm evening, we were sitting in our back garden in the gloaming, when we saw a very swift small bat(s) silently flying above our heads. It was nice to know that bats are still around in Ealing.
