Ealing, Hammersmith college in £4million fraud.

What puzzles me is why it wasn't spotted many years ago. This fraud hasn't just happened now but been going on for more than 6 years. Where does Ofsted fit into all this. Are they fit for purpose? The college is a mess. Every week, staff are leaving or being made redundant.It will be the students who suffer at the end.
