Career choice ?

What career, trade, occupation, profession would or should one choose, given we've had say 50 years of life experience? Also assuming we'd choose a pursuit that we like and would be interested to try. What would you choose I wonder?

Honourable mention to Mitch Mitchell as well. Slightly less flashy than Moon but such a musical player. Have you seen 'The Return of Mr Baker' doc from 2012?

Blimey! Do I come across as that boring Gerry?!Ringo, no way, average at best. Buddy Rich, Gene Krupa, Ginger Baker and John Bonham all feature highly on my list but for sheer musicianship it has to be Keith Moon.Both Bonham and Moon 'lived the life' and were, consequently, taken far too early.

Drumming eh? I used to like Buddy Rich and Benny Payton(Ted Heath's drummer) and there's Ringo. Hope you enjoy retirement when it comes.Funny really, I always thought you'd be a perfect accountant.

I'd love to have gone into the BBC. I got sidetracked into IT/ Business Admin.  and have always hated it but the money and economic necessity has kept me there.

If I could resolve my mobility issues I would love to resume my drumming 'career'; else turn my passion for photography into 'something more'. Perhaps pending retirement will 'release' the time for the latter.
