grass clippings

hi bit of a strange request but does anyone have some fresh grass clippings i could have? building a hot compost pile and don't have enough grass clippings will be happy to come collect over the weekend. thanks

Not a strange request Sam - when I had a compost heap at our allotments, I found grass cuttings were the best to get the heap 'going'. Contact me when the weather improves - I'll have lawn suttings galore which you may collect - about end of March'ish - we're in central Ealing.
