TV Aerial Repair - Any Recommendations

I noticed a couple of days ago that my aerial was damaged during last month's winds.  The signal was patchy but has now cut out altogether.Can anyone recommend an individual or company who will fit a new aerial without breaking roof tiles as they go about their work, as the last people did?Thanks!
