According to the front page article Age UK have launched a trade book aimed at helping protect elderly residents from conmen.I thought that I would take a look.Entering my W7 postcode it recommended an Electrician in 'Middlesex' (actually Stanmore), a builder in Hayes (supposedly the nearest to me) and a plumber 'covering Greenwich and Bromley.Think that I shall stick to the recommendations of fellow forum members and pass on the names of the great LOCAL tradesmen with whom I have dealt.
