Mrs. T and I had lunch yesterday at Piccolo Italia(on The Green W5) and it was packed by 1pm - always a good sign. We had a glass each of house whitr with mixed olives and bread, while we studied the comprehensive menu. Decided on their day's blackboarded 'specials'- her chose pan fried sea bass plus salads, moi lobster with a rice mixture - both good. Chocolate fudge and tiramisu for puds. Tasty and pleased with the place - we'll go again soon.Undecided about La Cantina in Bond Street nearby - used to have Fadi as chef - he's now running the new La Rueda further up Bond St - and as the previous lady said the La Cantina staff are Polish, nothing wrong with that I guess. Still undecided.
