Hanwell RFC are proud to support Dementia Concern in association with Care Concern Homecare.Dementia Concern provide support services for people with dementia and their carers within Ealing. Care Concern Homecare are committed to supporting their excellent work within the community. Hanwell Rugby Football Club are honoured to support Care Concern Homecare in their charitable work. Care Concern Homecare will be hosting an afternoon tea and raffle on Thursday 27th February between 2pm & 4pm.
