James,My understanding of the changes it that it will be something of a "back to the future" move at the end of February. There will be three major changes, all of which take us back to where we were before the Enterprise contract started almost 2 years ago. 1. The roads will be swept the day after the re-cycling collections. 2. There will be one deep clean and then 3 more superficial cleans in the succeeding 3 weeks. 3. There will be a three pass collection system, namely: re-cycling (including food, plastics and cardboard in one vehicle), garden waste (for those that pay only) and residual waste (ie the black bags). Every time Enterprise has implemented a change there has been something of a performance crisis. Maybe this time will be different.
