I let the medics take care of my hypertension and cholesterol. Those make only 6 out of my prescribed 12 tablets a day.

In which case young Gerry. Cut out the high cholesterol foods, eat more fibre; stress about nothing (best way to reduce hypertension) and, as to the 'vapours', - repeat this mantra - I am not a Victorian woman !! :-)
