TNT Post -- a new low

The TNT Post "service" reached rock bottom today when the mail was dumped on the front paths in our street in Ealing Common Ward. One item wasn't even at the right address. Outrageous -- especially as TNT is contracted by at least one hospital in our area to deliver appointments letters and medical reports.

Yes, a good idea. TNT Post seems incapable of managing its company properly. Not even the exposé on Channel Four's "Despatches" programme early this year has had any long term effect.

They (TNT) are still 'on trial'. Ian, I would send any evidence that you may have of this to OFCOM which is now the postal regulator.It is pointless contacting TNT as you will receive the standard platitudinous 'not up to our normal standards' response and nothing will change.
