This place is not operating legally. It is the subject of a planning enforcement notice which means that if it has any insurance if anyone is injured in there they probably would not be covered by the insurance and would have no recourse to any compensation. The enforcement notice listing can be found on the Ealing Council Website: http://www.pam.ealing.gov.uk/portal/servlets/EnforcementSearchServlet?PKID=10393And the listed details are scant:Enforcement Notice detailsReference number Site Address 157 SOUTH EALING ROAD EALING W5 4QP LONDONNotice Issued date 25/10/2013Notice Served On date Notice Served On Surname Compliance by date 09/03/2014I started looking into this establishment when a large Shisha lounge was first built at the rear of the premises about two years ago and have brought a string of infractions to the attention of Ealing Council since then. In the past few months from my first floor flat window I have observed building rubble, old catering equipment, pieces of wood, several old doors and gates, and most recently a rather manky carpet brought out from the rear via the access alleyway and dumped on Popes Lane - all of which has been cleared away by Ealing Council, yet the stream does not seem to stop.
