Ealing Libraries
I still follow Ealing Today from the other side of the world (!). So in this shrinking world I thought you might be gratified to know that your Ealing libraries are no longer destined to be managed by a UK construction and property company, but now by "The Carillon Group ... a global management consulting firm and the world wide leading advisor on business strategy" (quoted from their web site) The Tories couldn't have outsourced more disgustingly, Mr Bell.
