Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward - 0% Sales Commission?

Has anyone had any experience with Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward as I have received a flyer that says they have opened a new office in Ealing Broadway and are doing a 0% commission. I've done a little bit of research and see that they have a number of offices and very well regarded in London.I have a property I'm thinking of selling and the 0% offer seems too good to miss out on, given the sort of fees some agents charge.Any advice will be appreciated. I would suggest you try one of the advertisers on Ealing Today.At least they are trying to support the local community.Mention you have been quoted 0% and see how close they can get.

I  had a very bad experience trying to let from them...they either conned us or the landlord but it ended up with the landlord then changing his mind the evening before we were supposed to move house... they then tried to move us into a pokey little flat with mould and damp and when we refused we lost a large chunk of our deposit money despite it not being our fault that the landlord had changed his mind.Their manager is one of the most offensive people I have ever met after I phoned to complain about what was happening. I actually ended up saying to him (because I was trying to remain calm whilst he raised his voice) that I wouldn't tolerate his behaviour and that I was going to hang up if he didn't calm down. He didn't calm down, so I hung up.I wont ever use them again.

Not to sure about the sales side of things but I have used the lettings side in Ealing when I was looking to rent and they were very professional when finding me somewhere.
