RingGo Parking
Finally got around to checking the T&C of RingGo parking which Ealing lntroduced last month. If I may quote there section on payments...7.1 Our charges for using the Service are shown on signage at the point of use or by making specific reference to the Website. If We introduce any changes to the charges for the Service in the future We will give you at least 30 days' prior notice by posting details on the Website.Where I live the signage provides no costings and the location is not retrievable on the website. Legally it would therefore seem that I can now park for free until LB amend the signs or RingGo update their website.An unexpected bonus - I'm half tempted to take my resident's permit off then have some fun with them.
