Paul, I would love to agree with you with regards to the fact that it is not immigration, however the simple fact is that we have too many people now living in London, whether they are coming from other parts of the UK or European or further a field. Our infrastructure at present can not cope. Yes there was not enough planning, but there is also not enough space. Schools with 4,000 pupils in do not work. This country is too London centric. And your point about there being a bigger or equal population in London between the wars is true, and it was a war that brought the population down, I really really don't want that to happen again do you? It was an incredibly crowded city, with families living in one room as is happening again. People of all ethnicities living in London recognise that it is becoming overcrowded, something needs to be done. What do you suggest? New towns? Smaller homes, more big houses being converted into flats, schools in offices, schools built on our green parks? This government wants to out price people out of London, what do you suggest?
