E2 bus extend to hounslow

There is no direct bus or tube sevice from central Ealing to Hounslow. Could not the E2 be extended to Hounslow bus station. It would save a transfer to a tube at South Ealing or a change of bus in Brentford.

With the rape of Ealing's hospital infrastructure just round the corner would it not be wise to extend both these services to West Mid Hospital? That way the long waits for A&E could be further extended

The E2 is a long enough route already. But the E8 could do with extending, as it only goes along the Uxbridge Road from Ealing Broadway, left at Hanwell Broadway traffic lights, and down the Boston Road to Brentford. So to extend the E8 to Hounslow would make it far more useful, perhaps to the same terminating point as the H37 by Asda, or on to Hounslow Bell Corner or Hounslow Heath.
