What a nice surprise! Thank you very much. Yes, I was 68 on 16th August 2013 (36 years to the day that Elvis passed away). I remember the night well hearing the news on the car radio and then seeing Reginald Bosanquet on the News at Ten giving contradictory announcements as whether Elvis was still alive or not!Since my birthday, we have just won an appeal in Chiswick stopping a corner backgarden development at 4 - 6 Station Parade by Mr Robert Lacey (Royal family author and friend of the King of Saudi Arabia) and we have two Petitions underway for unneighbourly backgarden/backland developments at 96 Gordon Road and 1 & 3 Corfton Road.We are fighting other appeals in Acton at 219 Horn Lane and at "Peacehaven" (3 Creswick Road), also at 43 Castlebar Road (Onkar Singh Sahota's proposed 5-directions Extensions) plus planning applications at 39 Castlebar Road and in Southall (proposed Mosque on a house plot at 11 Boyd Avenue). Covenant cases are also proceeding in Wembley (playing fields under threat from school) and in Stanmore (new house granted planning permission but not approved by the neighbour under the covenant) at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) plus we are trying to save a Football Club Grounds in Walton-Upon-Thames where part of the land is covenanted. I have also been contacted by Acton residents about the Oaks development.Once again, thank you.Victor Mishiku 22/8/13
