I would like to thank the two lovely ladies who helped me when I came off my bike today. They kindly helped me up and refrained from telling me I should be wearing a helmet. (Lesson learnt I bought one in the way home)Thank you again :-)

Glad to hear you weren't hurt.  It is good that we live somewhere where people are concerned about each other.  Let's try and keep it that way.

Thank you Gerry. They were very lovely and concerned. More my pride (and hands) that were most injured, but a wake up call that I was being silly not wearing a helmet.  All it takes is one unfortunately place knock on the head.

Happily there are some kind thoughtful people ready to give a helping hand. Glad you were not injured or shaken too much. Using a cycling helmet is wise. Good luck.
