Refund penalty on controlled parking permit
Just found out that Ealing Council levy a 30% penalty on CPZ permit refunds. I assume they hope that most people don't bother and pocket the cash!Any views or am I being picky? I know it's a relatively small amount but with recent press exposure of councils cashing in on motorists, this is another example of the car owner being ripped off.Bernard
