tree felling

Wihtout any warning a lovely tree at the corner of Windmill Road and Gumleigh road was chopped down last week. Walking round I notice more stumps of trees newly felled. Would be nice to have had a reason.I doubt if the trees will be replaced.

Have you enquired as to who wanted these trees felled?  It is not unknown for this to be done without the Council's authority.

more trees were felled on gumleigh road and convent gardens yesterday..... it's very sad, they may have been unhealthy? some communication wouldn't be difficult and some hope that they would be replaced would be motivational
