Jazz Fest

Oriole have made my Jazz Festival!  I hadn't looked them up before I saw them but recognised a couple of them from other bands when they came on stage.  I think they're all part of the F-ire Collective.http://www.oriole-music.co.uk/audio/

Why not contact the Council about disabled facilities?They have the tardis type loos (not the trailer type with steps).  I didn't notice any that were any larger but then I didn't look.Perhaps they could adapt some of their wheelie bins into toilets:  http://www.composttoilet.org.uk/wheelie-bin-compost-loos/  There is a new one specially designed for if you are caught short.  I can see a whole new wheelie bin war coming on. The lack of signage is abysmal.  It is always irritating to have to walk all the way round the outside of the site to find the Box Office. "Meet me at the Box Office" includes searching for it.  The hoarding could be used to advertise what is happening.

No access problems if by disabled you mean needing 'step-free' access as it's a flat site. Not sure about toilets though.Have to agree with Keith, the 'fun' has gone out of the free festival quite a bit and the stewards can be a paid in the bottom when there is a long queue.

I remember the first jazz festival.I went to it and quite a few over the next decade or so.Went last year for the first time in years and was dismayed to see the fence,excessive stewarding and searching of bags for food and drink and the lack of feeling of space.Each to their own but I did not enjoyn it like in the first few years.
